Located 290 kilometers (km) southwest of Dar es Salaam, Mikumi National Park is distinguished by its elephants, who are typically smaller than other African elephants and have shorter duties, deterring poachers. The majority of animals are seen year-round.

Itinerary

DAY 1: Dar es salaam and Mikumi on a Safari Vehicle

Arrive at the camp, register, then get very little rest. The game drive inside Mikumi National Park will then begin. Enjoy the inside-the-park game drives. A great range of bird species, zebras, hippos, hartebeest, wildebeest, impalas, warthogs, elands, antelopes, giraffes, buffalo, and elephants may all be spotted in Mikumi.

DAY 2: Full Day Game Drive

You'll start your game drive after breakfast. The main hub of Mikumi, the Mkata Floodplain, is frequently compared to the more well-known Serengeti Plains because of its expansive vistas and profusion of species. Mikumi National Park always has a good amount of species coming into and going out of the park because it is a component of the Selous and Nyerere ecosystems.

DAY 3: Masai Camp and Snake Park Tour

You will take a visit to a Masai camp and a Snake Park before returning to Dar es Salaam.
